The project includes civil finishing works such as marble and tile installation, 3D decorative elements, painting, and finishing works, with an estimated cost of ₹2.00 Crore (USD 212,766). Structural and metal works, including aluminium and glass installations, five main entrance gates, railings, and related structural elements, are budgeted at ₹0.80 Crore (USD 85,106). The electrical and lighting component, covering complete electrical infrastructure and decorative illumination systems, is estimated at ₹0.75 Crore (USD 79,787). Development of the sacred Lahartara Pond, including water purification, landscaping, pathway development, and installation of a floating fountain, is projected to cost ₹0.60 Crore (USD 63,830).
